Complex, elegant and perfectly integrated. Outstanding notes of cooked agave, vanilla, toasted caramel and dark honey, accompanied by layers of toffee, cocoa, toasted almonds and fresh walnuts. The influence of the French barrel adds delicate nuances of fine spices, cloves, soft cinnamon, clean body and light touches of dried fruit, creating depth and aromatic sophistication.
Palate
Smooth and wide entry. The attack presents a harmonious combination of natural sweetness of mature agave, creamy vanilla, light maple and semi-sweet chocolate. As it evolves, notes of fine oak, dried fruits, warm spices and a subtle mineral character emerge, the result of the integration between both woods. The texture is round, velvety and of excellent balance.
Final
Long, elegant and persistent. Leaves a pleasant lingering of dark caramel, cocoa, spiced oak, cooked agave and a refined echo of noble wood.
